Returns

We will always try our best to solve any issue. However, the Jam Tracks for sale by JamTracksForGuitar.com are deemed to be services for the purposes of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Due to the nature of the Services offered by JamTracksForGuitar.com, you agree not to exercise any right of return or cancellation concerning:

The supply of Services which execution has already started (i.e. Download has commenced).

The supply of goods which cannot be returned because of their nature. Namely, a digital product provided without digital rights enforcement (as our Jam Tracks are - see below) cannot be returned in the same way a tangible object can. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Copyright and Digital Rights Management (DRM)

JamTracksForGuitar.com do not believe in DRM. We intend for our products to be flexible solutions for our customers and it is their responsibility not to infringe copyright. All Jam Tracks are provided free of DRM. However, all materials remains copyright © of the copyright holder (Owen Gurry).

You are not permitted to distribute the Jam Tracks via any means, physical, digital or otherwise. You are not entitled to edit, re-sell or pass the work off as your own (plagiarize).

Jam Tracks are provided in mp3 format. You will need software to play these on your computer (see FAQ's section for links).

Jam Tracks digital inlay cards are provided in Portable Document Format (pdf) for optimum file size, accessibility and compatibility. pdf documents require software to be used. Adobe Reader is available for free.

All Jam Tracks are produced on well-maintained computers with up-to-date virus scanning software. However, no liability is accepted for damage to or complications with computer hardware of software.
