Will I be limited to how many devices I can play my Jam Tracks on?

No. All our Jam Tracks are provided free of any Digital Rights Management (DRM). You can put your Jam Tracks on your computer, ipod or other mp3 player, burn them to CD or DVD an so forth. However, they remain copyright material and you are not allowed to distribute, edit or plagiarize them.

What if I lose or delete my Jam Track?

You can retrieve previously purchased items from http://payloadz.com/d1/lookup.asp.You will need to enter your email address and last name or auction/invoice ID EXACTLY AS APPEARED ON YOUR EMAIL INVOICE. This facility is maintained by our eCommerce provider (PayLoadz) and we accept no obligation or responsibility to maintain it. This service is for products bought directly through this website and does not cover items bought through one of our partners (iTunes, Napster, Amazon etc). Items may be removed from sale or download without notice. We recommend that you back up your purchases to avoid losing them.

What quality are the mp3's?

All our mp3 products are industry standard 16 bit stereo mixes at 194kbps and 44100hz.

Can I use the Jam Tracks in a broadcast?

We encourage the use of our material in broadcast. However, you MUST contact us for permission prior to broadcast and the appropriate royalty collection agency must be informed (e.g. PRS-MCPS UK).

If you would like to use any of our tracks for broadcast we will gladly provide alternative mixes, sub-mixes in any format you require (high quality mp3, wav, aiff etc)

Will you keep my credit card details?

No. All credit card transactions are dealt with by major 3rd party providers such as PayPal and Payloadz.

Can I get a refund if I don't like the Jam Track?

Due to the nature of Jam Tracks, returns are not possible. However, we provide preview clips on the website so you have a a good idea of what each Jam Track sounds like before you buy. Also, we price our products fairly.

I have downloaded my Jam Tracks but cannot play them.
